Hosted by Le Cordon Bleu in Daikanyama, this special event will begin with a wine seminar by Annette Scarfe, a member of the prestigious Institute of Masters of Wine (IMW) that has just over 300 members and only four in Asia. Annette will take participants on a journey of luxury wines from the new world, including Australia, New Zealand, Argentina and California. Learn about the history of these regions, what makes these internationally acclaimed wines unique and special, and even gain insights into current wine market trends, all while tasting some truly special fine wines. Following the seminar will be an afterparty on the ground floor of Le Cordon Blue, complete with an open bar of wines featured in the seminar. There will also be a buffet of gourmet, signature foods by Le Cordon Bleu's renowned chefs.
